Skills and Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role. - Strong communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking manner. - Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent negotiation and closing skills. - Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
