Key Responsibilities of a Relationship Officer (Banca Channel):
- Relationship Building:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with bank personnel, including branch managers, relationship managers, and other key individuals.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Drive life insurance sales within the bank's distribution network, focusing on acquiring new clients and increasing sales volume.
- Product Knowledge:
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of life insurance products, processes, and the bank's distribution channel.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service to both bank personnel and clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Coordinating with the Bank:
- Act as a liaison between the life insurance company and the bank, coordinating activities related to product promotion, training, and client acquisition.
- Target Achievement:
- Work towards achieving sales targets and revenue generation goals set by the life insurance company.
- Analyzing Customer Needs:
- Identify and understand the insurance needs of potential customers, recommending appropriate life insurance products.
- Financial Activities:
- Manage finance-related activities, such as handling payments, processing claims, and providing financial reports.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports and provide insights on sales performance and market trends.
- Training and Development:
- Provide training to bank employees on life insurance products and processes.
