Responsibilities and Impact: As a Lead Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding a scrum team to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. Your primary focus will be on utilizing .NET, SQL Server, React, and GraphQL technologies, while also leveraging AWS cloud services. You will provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and contribute to the overall architecture and design of our software products. What We're Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: - 7-11 years of experience in application development. - Proficient in .NET programming, leveraging its versatile libraries and frameworks to develop robust, scalable, and efficient applications. - SQL Server database design, development and performance tuning proficiency. - Familiarity with server-side GraphQL API and data federation. - Proficient in full-stack development, comfortable with backend and UI tasks. - Expertise in translating complex business requirements into maintainable enterprise software solutions - Experience with cloud services, messaging systems, and storage solutions - Experience in designing and implementing microservices-based solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to debugging and optimization. - Strong communication skills and experience working with business users. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Quantitative Finance, or equivalent experience. Additional Preferred Qualifications: - AWS and cloud engineering services, including databases, Redis, Kafka, S3, EKS. - Web UI development skills using TypeScript and CSS, with familiarity in React. - Understanding of containerization and deployment in cloud environments. - Skilled in diagnosing enterprise applications in a cloud environment. - Comfortable in multiple operating system environments. - Experience with NoSQL databases What's In It For You Our Purpose: Progress is not a self-starter.
