With a dedicated team of 60+ members, we’re working hard to make this vision a reality—and now, we’re looking for a star performer to join us as a Marketing Manager 🔍 What You’ll Do: - Strategize and execute marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion. - Create and manage compelling content across channels (email, social, paid, blogs, etc.). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Tech) to align marketing efforts. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness. - Stay updated on EdTech trends and competitor activities. ✅ What We’re Looking For: - 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on content strategy and lead generation. - Proven track record of building and executing marketing funnels that convert. - Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Prior experience in the EdTech industry is a strong plus. 💼 What We Offer: - Competitive compensation: Up to ₹7 LPA. - Opportunity to work in a fast-growing EdTech company. - Collaborative team environment. - Opportunity to work directly with leadership and contribute to company growth. - Fast career progression in a high-impact EdTech company.
