People who respect the rules, only so they can break them beautifully. People who design like they mean it. What You'll Get To Do Craft disruptive, scroll-stopping creatives for digital, print, packaging, and social Translate brand strategy into visuals. Build brand identities, layouts, and visual systems Collaborate with writers, animators, and marketing rebels to make ideas bolder Adapt, experiment, prototype, and play Own your ideas like they're your babies (because they are) We're Looking For Someone Who Is fluent in Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop etc) (and Figma) Knows the grid, but doesn't always obey it Gets typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy like second languages Obsesses over detail, alignment, and spacing like an art director on caffeine Has a portfolio that screams taste, curiosity, and potential Bonus Points If You Can dabble in motion graphics or animation Are a meme-maker, doodler, or visual storyteller in your free time Love asking what if and backing it up with killer execution
