We are seeking a diligent Finance Controller to manage all aspects of financial management including corporate accounting regulatory and financial reporting as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage financial operations audit taxation transfer pricing along with treasury function Preparing and publishing timely monthly quarterly annual financial statements Managing and complying with local state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Managing all accounting operations including Billing A R A P GL Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition Conducting regular financial audits and coordinating with external auditors Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting Researching technical accounting issues for compliance Pursue Consolidation of all global entities Transfer Pricing interaction with Tax officials Opportunity to work directly with the CFO To be a part of fast growth meritorious environmentA successful Finance Controller should have A Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of experience Proven working experience in the IT ITES Industry Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Prior experience in Transfer Pricing visiting tax officials Excellent accounting software user administration skills Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results In-depth understanding of cash flow management bank reconciliation and bookkeeping Our client is a globally recognised large-scale organisation in the Business Services industry They pride themselves on their commitment to excellence and their ability to provide high-quality Business Company Services With a robust team of dedicated professionals they are known for their strategic approach and innovative solutions Opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company A unique chance to work in the vibrant and dynamic Business Services industry
