**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning & Analysis**:

- Oversee all hotel-level financial operations and consolidate them at the central level.
- Lead financial forecasting and budgeting processes for all locations (Bangalore, Chennai, Trichy).
- Develop financial models, conduct profitability analyses, and provide strategic recommendations to the management.
- **Accounting & Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to present to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with hotel accounting policies, standards, and regulations (both national and local).
- Manage cash flow, bank accounts, and treasury operations efficiently.
- **Cost Control & Efficiency**:

- Implement and monitor cost control systems to enhance profitability across all locations.
- Analyze financial results, provide insights on operational performance, and recommend cost-saving measures.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as taxation, GST, and other legal obligations.
- Manage the external audit process and liaise with auditors.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing robust internal control systems.
- **Team Leadership & Development**:

- Manage, coach, and develop the finance team, ensuring productivity and accuracy in financial operations.
- Work closely with the General Managers and departmental heads of each hotel to ensure alignment of financial goals.
- **System Implementation & Process Improvements**:

- Drive automation and system improvements for financial management and reporting.
- Ensure efficient use of financial software and other tools to streamline operations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, or ACCA is strongly preferred.
- **Experience**:

- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Experience with hotel-specific financial management and software (e.g., OPERA, SAP, or other property management systems) is a plus.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Expertise in local accounting standards and statutory requirements, including taxation.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

**Location**:
The position is based in Chennai, with occasional travel to the other hotel locations (Bangalore, Trichy) as required.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
