Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The responsibilities include supervising daily operations to ensure efficient workflow, managing project timelines, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, and resolving challenges to achieve targets. The role also involves enhancing team productivity, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to innovative strategies aligned with company goals. Qualifications - Project management and team coordination experience - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills - Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively - Knowledge of the real estate or housing industry is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic analytical tools - Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
