Job Description Job Title Assistant Facility Manager Job Description Summary Job Description TITLE Assistant Facility Manager - Technical BUSINESS UNIT Facilities Management LOCATION Chennai REPORTING TO Facility Manager POSITION GOALS - To provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager - To ensure timely and accurate completion FM reports pertaining - Weekly 6 working days DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Be accessible for escalation of all FM related issues daily report to the Facility Manager. - Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in Housekeeping, Maintenance, Cafeteria etc and initiate immediate rectification actions - Overall service delivery assessment of HK Team. - Stock checking of consumables, ensuring tracker is updated daily and monitoring consumption pattern. - Taking rounds and monitoring UPS & A/C, Checklist and update readings and resolution of service issues. - Follow up with vendor PM activity of Facility Equipment.
