Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records ensure accuracy in data entry and support the company s financial operations The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks prepare financial reports assist with budgeting and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records ledgers and accounts in accordance with company policies Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Manage accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely payments and collections Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in filing GST TDS income tax returns etc Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation Monitor and manage expense reports payroll and inventory records Suggest process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Master s or CA Inter is a plus Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar finance role Strong knowledge of accounting principles standards and regulations Proficiency in accounting software e g Tally QuickBooks SAP and MS Excel Excellent analytical organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Optional Experience in specific industry e g manufacturing construction etc Knowledge of specific tax laws ERP systems or advanced reporting tools Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
