Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in data entry, and support the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in filing GST, TDS, income tax returns, etc.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Monitor and manage expense reports, payroll, and inventory records.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CA Inter is a plus).
  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Knowledge of [specific tax laws, ERP systems, or advanced reporting tools].

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
