We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager Data Analytics to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of analytics solutions in the healthcare domain This role requires a blend of product vision, data expertise, and stakeholder management to build scalable platforms that drive data-driven decision-making across clinical, operational, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for analytics, BI dashboards, and integrated data platforms.
- Lead the design and development of unified data retrieval systems integrating EMRs, claims, patient outcomes, and operational data.
- Partner with data engineering teams to build scalable, high-quality data pipelines powering Looker, Tableau, and Power BI dashboards.
- Translate healthcare business needs (cost, quality, utilization, risk adjustment) into robust, self-service analytics capabilities.
- Establish and prioritize product requirements, balancing immediate reporting needs with long-term data platform strategy.
- Collaborate with compliance, security, and clinical operations to ensure HIPAA and healthcare data governance standards are met.
- Drive analytics adoption across internal teams, providers, and external partners through effective training and enablement.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or BI product ownership, with a strong focus on healthcare data (claims, EMR/EHR, quality metrics, cost/utilization).
- Proven success delivering enterprise-scale BI systems and dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data warehouse architecture (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, clinical operations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Bonus Skills
- Experience building self-service analytics platforms for clinicians, payers, or healthcare administrators.
- Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Familiarity with value-based care models, risk adjustment, quality reporting (HEDIS, Stars), population health analytics.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, AI/ML, and advanced visualization techniques.
- Prior experience in payer, provider, or value-based care analytics environments.
