Job Description Job Posting Title: Business Manager - Enterprise Sales What does a successful Business Sales Manager do at FISERV - Experience in sourcing new Enterprise clients for Fiserv. - Proactively identifying opportunities within the enterprise segment, targeting large-scale merchants and strategic accounts. - Nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business objectives, and pain points. - Collaborating with internal teams, develop comprehensive solutions that deliver measurable value to clients. - Customize solutions to meet unique client needs and ensure favourable contract negotiations. - Focus on pipeline management by providing accurate forecasts to senior management while staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. What will you do: - Source new Enterprise merchants for Fiserv. - Grow the wallet share for the existing portfolio assigned to you. - Ensure commercial & contractual closure with merchant partners. - To liaise with channel partners to generate leads for merchant sourcing. - Handling Portfolios and serving queries of customers. What will you need to know: - Comprehensive knowledge and experience of working in payments, e-commerce, Fintech and/or technology enabled commerce businesses in a solution selling environment. - Experience in driving merchant, acquiring, or payment partnerships with a deep understanding of the payments industry. - Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and aggressive selling skills. - Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and business. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. What would be great to have: - Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum 6+ years of experience. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sales Force CRM software.
