Hiring HR Recruiter HR Generalist Location Hosur Tamil Nadu Experience Minimum 6 Years CTC 10 - 18 LPA Workings days 6 days a weak Working hours 9 30 am -7 pm We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter HR Generalist who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions and drive strong recruitment outcomes The ideal candidate should have solid experience across hiring HR operations employee engagement compliance and overall people management Key Responsibilities Recruitment Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing screening interviews offers onboarding Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and competencies Use various platforms like LinkedIn Naukri and other tools for active passive hiring HR Operations Handle employee onboarding documentation HRIS updates and exit formalities Maintain employee records payroll coordination attendance leave management Ensure timely preparation of HR reports dashboards Employee Relations Engagement Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling Design plan execute employee engagement activities Support performance management processes goal setting reviews appraisals Compliance Policies Ensure adherence to statutory compliance PF ESIC Shops Establishment etc Assist in creating and revising HR policies processes and SOPs Coordinate with labour law consultants and ensure documentation accuracy Learning Development Optional Advantage Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal external training programs Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies HR best practices Excellent communication stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proficiency with MS Office HRMS tools and Applicant Tracking Systems Strong analytical organisational problem-solving abilities How to Apply Interested candidates can apply directly via LinkedIn or send their updated CV to 7300320399 Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 1 200 000 00 - 1 600 000 00 per year Application Question s Do you have working experience as a Plant HR For which industries you have worked for What s your current and expected CTC and notice period Experience HR GENERALIST 6 years Required Location Hosur Tamil Nadu Required Work Location In person
