Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Founder in strategic planning, decision-making, and business expansion initiatives for logistics and IT. - Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across divisions. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to support decisions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects and ensure smooth workflow. - Assist in business development, partnerships, and key negotiations. - Handle high-priority special projects requiring quick execution. - Support hiring, onboarding, and organizational development initiatives.
