Role: Head of Game – Product Owner / Product Manager (Monetization & Progression) Experience: 10+ Years Location: Bangalore Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Head of Game – Product Owner/Product Manager (Monetization & Progression) to define and own the end-to-end monetization framework, player progression systems, and live-operations strategy for a flagship game. This is a senior leadership role for someone with deep expertise in game economies, retention design, and scalable monetization models for global audiences. Key Responsibilities - Define and own the long-term monetization and progression vision aligned with overall product and business goals. - Lead economy design, system balancing, and data-driven iteration to optimize player engagement and revenue. - Drive strong cross-functional collaboration with Game Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Live-Ops teams. - Own and execute live-operations strategy, feature roadmaps, and player lifecycle initiatives. - Monitor key metrics related to retention, engagement, ARPU, LTV, and conversion. - Ensure a healthy balance between player value, fairness, pacing, and commercial performance. - Continuously evaluate player feedback and in-game data to inform product decisions and optimizations. - Provide leadership and strategic direction to product teams working on monetization and progression systems.
