Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods Strategically plan and manage logistics transportation and customer service Coordinate with production sales warehouse and logistics teams to ensure alignment of dispatch activities Monitor and analyze transportation costs delivery schedules and dispatch performance metrics Maintain accurate dispatch documentation including invoices gate passes e-way bills and challans Ensure all shipments comply with company policies and government regulations Handle a dispatch team of 15 members ensuring training performance and operational efficiency Supervise vehicle scheduling route planning and fleet management Work closely with ERP systems Tally Odoo SAP etc for dispatch planning inventory updates and documentation Continuously improve processes to enhance dispatch efficiency and reduce delivery turnaround time Key Requirements 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in dispatch logistics operations in a manufacturing plant Currently functioning as the Head of Dispatch Proven experience in leading and managing a dispatch team of 15 personnel Experience in a company with a turnover of 250 crore or more is mandatory Proficient in ERP systems - must have hands-on experience with Tally and or Odoo Strong leadership communication and organizational skills Good understanding of supply chain and logistics practices Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational issues swiftly Preferred Qualifications Graduate Postgraduate in Supply Chain Logistics Operations or related field Certification in logistics or supply chain management is an added advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Experience dispatch 6 years Required Work Location In person
