High Salary: STEM Trainer

Job Summary: We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join our team as STEM Trainer. In this role, you will deliver interactive and hands-on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) lessons in schools using our proprietary curriculum and customized Robotics kits. The lessons are designed to make learning exciting and practical for students from Grades 3 to 10. No prior teaching or robotics experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided on our teaching methods, kits, classroom management, and content delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates, tech enthusiasts, and educators who are eager to inspire young minds with the latest innovations in robotics, electronics, and programming.Key Responsibilities:1. Classroom Delivery & Student Engagement Deliver engaging and structured STEM sessions in schools based on the company's curriculum and lesson plans. Use Robotics kits, coding platforms, and hands-on materials to make concepts interactive and real-world relevant. Adapt teaching styles and pace according to the age group and learning levels of the students. 2. Activity-Based Learning Facilitate experiments, group projects, challenges, and competitions to encourage creativity and teamwork. Guide students in assembling robotic kits, basic electronics circuits, and using drag-and-drop coding interfaces. Create a fun, inclusive, and safe learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and explore. 3. Training & Continuous Learning Attend company-organized training sessions (online or offline) to learn about new modules, kits, and teaching methods. Stay updated on curriculum updates, student feedback, and teaching tools provided by the company. Participate in regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions to improve delivery skills. 4. Classroom & Resource Management Set up class materials before sessions and ensure the proper handling and return of Robotics kits and components. Maintain inventory logs for kits used at the school. Ensure students follow classroom safety and equipment usage guidelines. 5. Reporting & Coordination Submit class attendance, session reports, and student feedback forms to the Academic Coordinator. Communicate regularly with internal teams and school representatives for scheduling and planning. Share ideas and observations to enhance the overall teaching experience and student engagement.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Applications, or any graduate degree with an interest in STEM education. Strong verbal communication skills in English (local language fluency is a plus). Comfortable speaking in front of groups and managing classroom behavior. Basic understanding of school-level science, technology, or mathematics concepts. Willingness to travel to school locations (local commute within the city).
