Role Overview

As aSchool Engagement Officer, you will be theface of NCSSfor schools and education leaders.

This is not just a sales role it's aboutbuilding long-term trust-based partnerships, engaging institutions, and driving adoption of NCSS's safety solutions.

Every successful engagement contributes directly tocreating safer schoolsandprotecting thousands of children.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Institutional Outreach & Pipeline Development

Identify and connect with schools, educational institutions, and associations across regions.

Build a strong pipeline throughcalls, meetings, networking, and education events.

2. School Engagement & Program Adoption

Present NCSS membership and solutions to principals, trustees, and administrators.

Driveadoption, onboarding, and renewalsof NCSS programs.

3. Relationship Management

Buildlong-term, trust-based partnershipswith school leadership.

Act as aconsultant and advisoron safety compliance, highlighting gaps and offering solutions.

Securereferrals and advocacyfrom partner schools.

4. Representation & Visibility

Represent NCSS atconferences, education forums, and leadership meets.

Enhance NCSS's reputation as thenational authority on school safety.

5. Reporting & Team Collaboration

Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, meetings, and sign-ups.

Share insights with Partnerships & Programs teams toalign strategy and delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree inBusiness, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
- 34 years of experiencein institutional outreach, partnerships, or client relations (experience with schools/education sector preferred).
- Strongnetworking skillswith the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Knowledge of theeducation industry, compliance frameworks, and partnerships.
- Fluency inEnglish & Hindi; regional languages a plus.
- Willingness totravel extensively.
