People who can join immediately should apply*** At NATHABIT we are attempting to disrupt the natural personal care space by providing customers a differentiated offering of fresh personal care products. We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use. The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by top angel investors and tier 1 institutional investors. Responsibilities: 1. Create and Manage content across social media, website & 3P marketplaces 2. Ideate & execute ad ideas that will help improve customer acquisition and repeat purchases 3. Create or source and execute short-form and long-form Content to drive both paid and organic digital growth 4. Ideate & execute experiential improvements /delight moments for customers Qualifications & Skills 1. Undergraduate degree 2. 0-2 yrs of experience 3. Strong customer orientation 4. Strong content & writing skills 5. Strong out-of-box or lateral thinking skills 6. Ability to be a strong team player in cross-functional projects 7. Thorough and organized 8. Start-up enthusiast Work Location: Udyog Vihar - Phase III, Gurgaon Open positions: 2 Work Days: Monday - Saturday
