Senior Recruiter NON-IT Remote We are seeking a motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our team for Energy Utility sector client In this role you will support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing screening and engaging with top-tier candidates for US based clients Qualifications Proven experience in Engineering Utility recruitment or a related field is preferred This includes hiring for Engineers Finance Accounting Human Resources Marketing Sales Operations Admin roles Strong research and sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage candidates through innovative approaches Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional connections with a diverse pool of candidates Proficiency with recruitment software such as Recruiter Flow and Ceipal Career Builder Linkedin is a plus Demonstrated ability to negotiate offers and effectively manage candidate expectations Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with a focus on clarity professionalism and persuasive communication Flexibility to work within the US Eastern Time Zone 3-4 Years of US Recruiting experience is advantageous Must be able to work on a time-sensitive deadline Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media professional networks and networking events Leverage recruiting software tools to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process Proactively engage in cold calling and outreach to connect with prospective candidates and introduce them to exciting job opportunities Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates providing timely updates feedback and a positive candidate experience Maintain clear and effective communication with the hiring team to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process
