Job Title: Recruiter – Oil & Gas / EPC (Onshore & Offshore) Location: Gurugram Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, specializing in the Oil & Gas and EPC sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across onshore and offshore projects. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions in Oil & Gas, EPC, and related domains. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments. Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles and future project requirements. Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas / EPC sectors. Strong knowledge of onshore and offshore project roles (engineering, construction, HSE, etc.). Familiarity with global mobility and expatriate hiring processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in ATS and MS Office tools. Preferred Experience in high-volume hiring for large-scale EPC projects. Understanding of international labor laws and visa processes. Certification in HR or Recruitment (optional but desirable).
