Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Collection Officer. The Collection Officer will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts, communicating with customers effectively, and ensuring timely collection of payments. The role also involves analyzing customer repayment history, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer interactions. Qualifications - Proficiency in Debt Collection and a strong understanding of finance-related processes - Analytical Skills to evaluate customer payment behavior and identify collection patterns - Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues professionally - Excellent Communication skills for engaging with customers effectively - Familiarity with financial tools and software is a plus - Ability to work in a team and handle a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
