Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive - Insurance Process

Location: Andheri Marol

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers for insurance product offerings.
2. Explain insurance policies, benefits, and coverage to potential clients.
3. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company.
4. Build and maintain a database of potential leads and customer interactions.
5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall team performance.
7. Keep updated on industry trends and product knowledge related to insurance.
8. Document and maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
9. Follow compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
10. Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with insurance products and terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
