Job Title: Telesales Executive – Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and setting appointments with potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who excel in a fast-paced sales environment and are eager to grow within one of the world's most thriving real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound and cold calls to potential clients and prospects
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and appointments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with prospects
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or telecalling
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and proactive approach
  • Ability to handle objections and turn leads into opportunities
  • Target-driven with a passion for sales and achieving KPIs
