About Position: A Salesforce Architect is a trusted advisor and leader who partners with business stakeholders and executives to design a vision and architecture for a solution to a business problem. Often in the position of the technical team leader, they help educate the team with technical best practices. - Role: Salesforce Architect - Location: All Persistent Locations - Experience: 13+ Years - Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: - We are looking for the Salesforce architect that will strategy across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Lead solution design sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams. - Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. - Oversee end-to-end implementation including data modeling, integration, and automation. - Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices. - Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure quality delivery. Expertise You'll Bring: - Proven experience in architecting solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. - Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. - Strong understanding of CRM processes: Lead-to-Cash, Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel. - Experience with middleware tools, ETL platforms, and enterprise integrations.
