We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer to join our team and help clients reach their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, committed to ongoing education, and skilled at designing personalized training programs. You will be responsible for assessing clients’ fitness levels, creating tailored workout plans, and providing consistent support and motivation.Key Responsibilities 1. Client Assessment & Planning Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients’ health, fitness levels, posture, flexibility, and goals. Create customized training programs based on individual needs (weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, rehabilitation, etc.). Update client progress reports periodically and adjust programs accordingly. 2. Training & Supervision Demonstrate exercises with proper technique and posture. Supervise client workouts to ensure safety and effectiveness. Conduct personal training sessions and/or group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, yoga, strength, cardio). Provide warm-up and cool-down routines. 3. Motivation & Support Encourage and motivate clients to stay consistent with their workouts and nutrition. Offer psychological support and positive reinforcement. Educate clients on lifestyle improvements including sleep, hydration, and stress management. 4. Equipment Management Guide clients in using gym equipment properly and safely. Inspect, clean, and maintain fitness equipment and training areas. Report any faults or breakdowns to the gym manager. 5. Sales & Membership Support (Optional) Assist in client onboarding, gym tours, or consultations. Recommend membership plans, training packages, and group classes. Promote referral programs and special offers. 6. Health & Safety Compliance Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations. Administer first aid in case of minor injuries or emergencies.
