Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Planner at K L University, located in Vijayawada. The Life Planner will be responsible for assisting individuals with securing suitable insurance plans, conducting needs-based assessments, providing advice on general insurance solutions, and developing sales and marketing strategies to meet customer needs. The role involves fostering trust with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in alignment with institutional values. Qualifications - Comprehensive knowledge of Insurance and General Insurance strategies and policies - Sales and Marketing skills for promoting insurance policies and developing customer relationships - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively guide and support clients - Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment - Relevant certifications in insurance or a related field are a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related area - Experience in client relationship management and a track record of achieving sales targets is desirable
