ASSEMBLY- ENGINEER Receiving Gauges Responsibilities - 1 Reading analyzing the given drawings support to design team for developing new product and fixture designing 2 Assembly of Multi-gauging fixtures Receiving Indicative Fixtures gauges Developing products 3 Final Inspection functional testing of manufacturing products fixtures gauges 4 Monitoring assembly testing dispatching within the planned date 5 Providing Technical or Operation support to Machine shop 6 Installation of all fixtures and gauges at the customer end with training 7 Responsible for taking R R of fixtures 8 Responsible for Operating CMM all CMM activities for parts Inspection 9 Responsible for Pre-Dispatch inspection PDI 10 Support to customer handling of customer complaints analysis the problem 11 Interaction with other departments for steady production flow 12 Supervising the junior staff and provide proper training 13 Visit to supplier end 14 Effective utilization of resources like man machine material for Assembly 15 Documentation and Work Instruction Sheet Make Time activity chart for new products Behavioral Skills 1 Good Learnability and Adaptability 2 Verbal and written communication 3 Time Management Deadline Management and Prioritization Skills 4 Confidence and Attention to Details 5 Multi-Tasking Industry Type Measuring Instruments Manufacturing Metrology Gauge Manufacturing Industrial Automation Robotics SPM Fixtures Gauge Manufacturing etc Functional Area Assembly Engineering Installation Commissioning After that support Service Required Education 1 Fresher or Experience Minimum - 0 to 1 years of experience in similar industry 2 Education Minimum Qualification -BE Diploma in Mechanical 3 Salary Depend on Technical Round Contact 8956289165 Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Sasvad Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Work Location In person
