AsAssistant Banqueting Manager you will be responsible for the following duties: - To support the seamless daily operations of our exclusive events department, including set up, during the event itself and breakdown - Ensure every event runs smoothly by delivering personalised service, maintaining an organised and clean environment, and catering to any personalised requests from our guests. - Collaborating with a close-knit and passionate team, you will contribute to events that guests will remember for years to come. The Banqueting department at the Conservatorium hotel is located in our glass building and consists of 6 meeting rooms. In the Blue, Yellow, Red and Orange room, small events take place such as meetings, private dinners and board meetings. In the larger spaces, Symphony and Harmony, we hold functions up to 150 people. With a team of experienced and passionate colleagues who excel in delivering exceptional service, you will take charge to ensure that all events are hosted seamlessly, reflecting the sophistication and style of our hotel. As Banqueting Waiter/ess We Expect From You - 1-2 years of experience in similar event or restaurant service roles; - Excellent verbal knowledge of the English language (Dutch language skills is also preferred); - Ability to work day and evening shifts during weekdays and weekends.
