The role involves handling customer calls from the United States, resolving queries, and providing accurate information with a focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers in a professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries efficiently. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to process compliance. Achieve performance targets such as call quality, resolution, and customer satisfaction scores. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or US accent. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in US time zones (night shifts). Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
