Immediate Opening – BPO Voice ProcessJob Location: Gandhipuram, CoimbatoreKey Responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction & Support Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries, complaints, or requests. Provide accurate information about products, services, billing, and policies. Address customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) wherever possible to enhance customer satisfaction. 2. Problem Solving & Query Resolution Understand the customer’s problem clearly and provide effective solutions. Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or supervisor. Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution. Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions. 3. Documentation & Reporting Record details of customer interactions in the CRM system accurately. Update customer profiles with relevant data and case histories. Maintain proper logs of complaints, inquiries, and resolutions. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the team leader. 4. Process Adherence & Quality Compliance Follow company policies, scripts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Ensure 100% compliance with quality standards and performance metrics. Maintain confidentiality while handling customer and company information. Participate in audits and feedback sessions to improve service delivery. 5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to resolve issues quickly. Share customer feedback and suggestions with the management team. Participate actively in training sessions and upskilling programs.
