Job Title Social Media Strategist Location Yamunanagar Experience Required 2 - 3 years Employment Type Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Strategist to help us build meaningful connections with our audience across Email Social Media and WhatsApp platforms The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer behavior and engagement strategies and will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to boost customer interaction and loyalty Key Responsibilities Identify research and curate a well-segmented list of NRI influencers across Instagram and Facebook Categorize influencers based on niche organic herbal lifestyle Indian community wellness food culture etc country audience size and engagement rate Create platform-specific content strategies Instagram Facebook targeted towards NRI and global audiences Manage daily posting scheduling and engagement activities Collaborate with designers content writers to create engaging social posts stories reels and promotional assets Plan and execute influencer campaigns to promote Silkrute s products categories and brand story internationally Track the performance of influencer posts stories and campaigns Plan and execute targeted Email Marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo etc Handling Meta Retargeting Campaigns and all over Ads Manager Manage and grow presence across Social Media platforms Instagram Facebook LinkedIn etc through regular content and engagement strategies Handle WhatsApp Marketing campaigns using WhatsApp Business or WhatsApp API tools for customer outreach and promotions Segment audiences track campaign performance and optimize for better engagement Conduct audience insights and competitors research for better strategic decisions Run A B tests to find what works best and enhance engagement metrics Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging messaging and visuals Requirements Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent command over Instagram and Facebook ecosystem reels insights ads algorithms Basic understanding of social media analytics tools Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Email Marketing Social Media Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing Proficient in tools such as Klaviyo WhatsApp Business API Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager etc Basic understanding of marketing analytics e g Google Analytics Meta Insights Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Hindi is a plus Ability to understand customer behavior and create personalized campaigns Creative organized and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Preferred Not Mandatory Experience working in e-commerce D2C brands or fast-paced startups Should have good typing speed Job Type Full-time Pay 20000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift 2nd and 4th Saturday off Experience Expected Experience 2 - 3 years Preferred Location Yamunanagar Haryana Preferred Contact No - 9700009936 Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Customer service 1 year Preferred Location Yamunanagar Haryana Preferred Work Location In person
