Position Overview: As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing Java-based web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business requirements and exceed user expectations. From building robust backend services with Java frameworks like Spring Boot to creating responsive and interactive user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, you will leverage your expertise to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and stay abreast of emerging technologies to ensure continuous improvement and maintain the team's high standards of excellence. - 5–7 years of experience developing on the Salesforce Platform with minimum 3 Project implementations experience. - Experience with Sales Cloud & Experience Cloud (preferably both Partner and Customer Community experience) - Strong communication skills; will be expected to express platform knowledge frequently - Strong back-end development experience. Triggers, Trigger frameworks, Apex, Queueable Jobs, Batch Apex, Soql, Webservices, implementing best practices etc - Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits - Strong understanding of Salesforce order of execution - Experience building Lightning Web Components, Aura Components - Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce orgs - Experience with Git and Git repositories; Github, Bitbucket, AzureDevOps, etc - Experience deploying metadata; Eclipse w/Ant, MavensMate, Vscode w/SFDX etc or using any major tool, Copado, Gearset, Blue Canvas, Autorabit, Gear set - Experience developing and managing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL tools - Experience in coding with pre-defined static code rules and peer code reviews. - Experience working in Agile framework. - Hands on experience in MuleSoft in debugging integration issues. - 3 levels of Interview: - (Glider test + 2 rounds of technical interview) Minimum 70% cut off in Glider test Why Join Us?
