Job Description Sahjanand Green Energy LLP is a new-generation company at the cutting edge of solar technology, based in Surat, Gujarat. We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art, fully automated production line. Our product lineup includes high-efficiency TopCon and Monoperc solar modules, designed to deliver exceptional performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and connect with potential customers such as EPC contractors, distributors, and project developers. - Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, visits, and online communication. - Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for quotations and proposals. - Support senior team members in preparing sales presentations and technical-commercial offers. - Maintain customer database, handle inquiries, and ensure timely follow-ups. - Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events to promote Sahjanand Solar's products. - Stay updated on solar industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities. - Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills(English, Hindi & Regional Languages) - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts - Interest in renewable energy and sustainability - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Self-motivated and target-oriented Qualification & Experience: - Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field - Experience:Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply - Languages:English, Hindi, and Gujarati Job Type: Full-time - Work Location: In person
