Why JCI: https://www.youtube.com/watchv=nrbigjbpxkg Asia-Pacific LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/showcase/johnson-controls-asia-pacific/posts/feedView=all Career: The Power Behind Your Mission OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive Job Description - Serve as the main point of contact for resolving customer holds. - Review and analyze customer hold requests, ensuring a clear understanding of the issue and its impact on the customer. - Collaborate with internal teams such as collections, sales, customer service, and operations to gather necessary information and resources to resolve customer holds promptly. - Investigate and troubleshoot customer hold situations, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer. - Document and maintain accurate records of customer hold. - Assist in training and mentoring team members involved in the process to effectively handle customer hold situations. - Continuously seek out better ways of performing process & supports process improvement initiatives. What we look for - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams. - Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and documentation abilities. - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, managing multiple customers holds simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. - MS-Office (MS Excel advanced tables, charts, formulas, pivot tables, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint), - B2/C1 level of English - Willing to develop, learn - Collaborative, team player, - Proactive attitude, - Flexibility, - Yellow Belt Certified and PMGB certified - Leadership Fundamentals - Previous experience with leading people - LSA interview (Leadership skills assessment) What We Offer We offer an exciting and challenging position.
