Club Malwa designs, implements and supports all of the systems deployed by Xpert Logs Inc in the American trucking industry which is the largest in the world. This is an In-Office Job.Job Types: Full-time,Regular Responsibilities and Duties:• Assist customers with product related issues.• Answer Phone to respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot for any technical issues• Assist customers with installation / uninstall of our product & software.• Assist customers with product configuration, error messages or common issues.• Project a professional company image through phone interaction.• Provide customers with product and service information.• Transfer the customer appropriate department if required.• Escalate the customer's concern to the next level if required. Currently it's 9 hours working per day, this can be changed in future for that you have to be flexible.• Week off discussion and no changes in week off: We understand the importance of work-life balance.
