Job Description
Responsibilities
Review and process electronic and scanned correspondence, ensuring adherence to established productivity and quality standards.
- Review and Process Correspondence: Independently review and process scanned correspondence, ensuring that all tasks meet established productivity and quality goals. Ensure accuracy and efficiency while adhering to timelines.
- Identify Actionable Items: Analyze internal and external correspondence to determine the next steps, asking for assistance when required. Develop strong working relationships with internal and external business partners.
- Utilize Resources: Leverage available resources like technical documentation, help features, and colleagues to complete daily tasks and solve issues. Provide feedback for process improvements as observed. Refer escalated or complex cases to senior team members for resolution.
- Record Maintenance and Compliance: Assist in managing processes with a focus on ensuring compliance with company procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Additional Duties: Support other job-related duties and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, and education
- High attention to detail and basic organizational skills.
- Relevant Insurance/ Pension or Annuities Experience would be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
