Job Title Assistant to the Sales Director Department Sales Reports To Sales Director Location Regenta Baywatch Resort Sernabatim South Goa Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary The Assistant to the Sales Director provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Sales Director This role plays a key part in streamlining sales processes coordinating team activities managing schedules and ensuring effective communication between departments clients and the Sales Director Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Director including calendar management travel arrangements meeting coordination and email correspondence Assist in preparing sales reports presentations and performance dashboards Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of sales materials pricing updates and promotional content Support in the development and execution of sales strategies and campaigns Maintain records of client interactions contracts and relevant documentation Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely completion Conduct market research and competitor analysis as required Assist in onboarding and coordination with the sales team members Communicate effectively with clients partners and internal stakeholders on behalf of the Sales Director Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field 1 years of experience in a similar administrative or coordination role preferably in a sales or business development environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Excel PowerPoint Word and CRM systems Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving Preferred Skills Experience in working with sales teams or within a target-driven environment Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately Interested candidates share your updated CV on 9209004362 Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
