We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Real Estate department The telecaller s primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for the sales team The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service Roles and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our real estate services Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a database of client information and interactions Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns Qualifications 0-1 year of experience in a similar role preferably in the real estate industry Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you are a self-motivated individual passionate about real estate and customer service we encourage you to apply for the Telecaller position Join our team and help us drive success in the real estate industry
