creating medicines that make life better for people around the world like data driven drug discovery and connected clinical trials We hire the best technology professionals from a variety of backgrounds so they can bring an assortment of knowledge skills and diverse thinking to deliver creative solutions in every area of our business The Digital Core team leads Lilly s transformation into the Digital and AI era They inspire digitally empowered teams to new ways of working and accelerate innovation and agility This team powers and advances the entire company by building and maintaining world class technology capabilities and platforms What you ll be doing The Director for the ChatNow Program will be responsible for managing the development and support teams of both internal and external workstreams for the ChatNow product This role will involve implementing the strategy for the unified AI Service Desk and adopting unifying principles understanding employee needs and implementing future states across multiple business areas The Director for the ChatNow Program will work closely with the Senior Director of Digital Experience Strategy and Innovation as well as the ChatNow Technology Integrators and business stakeholders Key Responsibilities Lead multiple teams with multiple first line leaders focused on the ongoing development and operational support of the ChatNow program Provide technical direction and anchor the team towards success Work directly with business stakeholders and ChatNow Technology Integrators to align on priority and value for proposed work across the ChatNow workstreams Oversee capacity and resourcing for the ChatNow development and support teams Manage the ChatNow Hyderabad budget with a focus on spend optimization across multiple vendor contracts annual budget planning and monthly forecast Partner with cross functional group of architects technologists and service area leadership to establish and execute against an ongoing engineering excellence program focusing on continuous improvement Demonstrate the ability to drive lead and coach others and influence others outside their sphere of influence Manage a team -
