The Role We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimise digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube. If you’re data-driven, creative, and passionate about driving measurable results, this role is for you. You’ll play a key part in scaling Outlaw Gaming’s online presence and sales across India. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube • Optimise for ROAS, CTR, CAC, and conversions • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages • Collaborate with creative and content teams to build performance-driven ad concepts • Implement and manage tracking systems (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, Conversion API) • Monitor budgets and bids for efficiency • Prepare reports with actionable insights Skills & Expertise • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, GTM • Strong grasp of campaign structure, bidding, and scaling strategies • Analytical with a solid understanding of attribution and funnels • Experience working with creative teams for ad optimisation • Bonus: Email/SMS automation or exposure to AI-based ad tools Requirements • 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably D2C/e-commerce) • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail • Passion for gaming, consumer tech, and digital marketing Job Details • Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (on-site preferred; hybrid flexibility available) • Type: Full-time • Start Date: Immediate • Experience: 2–3 years • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience How to Apply Send your resume and performance portfolio to support@outlawgaming.in Subject line: Performance Marketing Executive – Your Name
