Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experiencedESRE Apps Engineerwith a strong background introubleshooting, monitoring, and production supportfor enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise inlog analysis (OpenSearch), APM tools (AppDynamics), UI debugging, and issue triaging. Experience infront-end UI/UX developmentand a good understanding ofbackend serviceswill be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilizelog analysis tools (OpenSearch)andApplication Performance Management (APM) tools (AppDynamics)for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Usedeveloper tools and browser plug-insto troubleshoot UI-related issues effectively.
- Analyzefunctional and technical KPIs, and buildvisualizations and dashboardsfor performance monitoring.
- Handlefull-cycle production support, includingissue triage, incident management, and problem resolution.
- Lead a technical team in resolving critical production issues and ensuring system stability.
- Organize and track multiple issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
- Replicate, test, and debug reported issues usingadvanced problem-solving skills.
- Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- 3+ yearsof experience inUI/UX front-end software development.
- 2+ yearsof hands-onproduction support experience, includingmonitoring and troubleshooting.
- 1+ yearof experience withUI frameworks/librarieslikeVue.js, Angular, or React.
- Good understanding ofNode.js API development.
- Familiarity withJava/J2EEande-commerce web applicationsis preferred.
- Experience working withmulti-tier web architecture and UI design.
- Strong knowledge ofREST API utilization or design.
- Proficiency inversion control systems (Git/SVN).
- Understanding ofweb best practices(browser capabilities, unit/integration testing).
- Hands-on experience insetting up monitoring & alertingtools.
- Excellentanalytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience inbackend developmentwith Java or Node.js.
- Exposure tocontainerization and cloud technologies.
- Experience inautomating monitoring and alerting solutions.
