Job Description We are seeking a strategic and motivated Product Marketing & Content Strategist to lead the creation, development, and execution of content strategies that resonate with our target audience. As a key player at Spyne, you will own product messaging and content marketing initiatives, shaping the way our customers understand and engage with our offerings. You will collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to craft compelling content that drives demand, accelerates growth, and positions Spyne as a leader in the visual content automation space. This role requires a balance of product marketing expertise and content strategy skills, with a focus on creating engaging materials across multiple channels, including the website, sales collateral, pitch decks, email marketing, and beyond. A deep understanding of the B2B SaaS market and a passion for storytelling will be critical to success. What will you do Product Marketing Strategy - Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that highlight Spyne's value proposition, resonating with key audiences such as automotive and e-commerce businesses. - Collaborate closely with the product team to translate Spyne's AI-powered features into clear, compelling messaging that differentiates us in the market. - Drive product launches and feature updates by crafting strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams. - Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, and product one-pagers, ensuring the sales team is equipped with the resources needed to close deals. Content Strategy & Management - Own the structure and content of Spyne's website, ensuring it serves as a primary hub for lead generation and provides an optimal user experience. - Lead the development of a content strategy that aligns with Spyne's business objectives, driving traffic, engagement, and conversions across digital channels. - Own the creation and management of content for the website, blog, email campaigns, and social media, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging. - Work with product, sales, and customer success teams to craft customer-focused content that educates, informs, and inspires action at various stages of the buyer's journey. Customer, Market, and Product Research - Conduct detailed customer research to gain insights into buyer personas, pain points, and business needs across the automotive industry. - Perform competitive analysis and market research to position Spyne effectively and ensure our product marketing stays ahead of industry trends. - Partner with product teams to maintain an in-depth understanding of Spyne's capabilities and to shape content that speaks directly to our customers challenges and goals. Sales Enablement & Collaboration - Work with the sales team to develop sales tools and resources that help communicate Spyne's unique value proposition to prospects. - Ensure that all sales collateral is aligned with product messaging and is easily adaptable for different geographies - Regularly communicate with sales and product teams to refine messaging based on feedback and market dynamics. Email Marketing & Campaign Development - Design and implement email marketing campaigns targeting various segments (e.g., enterprise customers, SMBs), driving engagement and conversion. - Collaborate on lead-nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the funnel, using product-driven content to guide them toward a purchase decision. - Monitor campaign performance and optimize content and strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. What will make you successful in this role - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. - Strong understanding of B2B SaaS products, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a way that is clear and relatable to various customer segments. - Proven experience in developing and executing product marketing strategies, including product launches, messaging, and go-to-market plans. - Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience creating product-focused content across digital channels. - Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and content management systems (CMS). - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. - Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product, and customer success. - Data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics to inform content and marketing decisions.
