Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented contractor to join our team for an after hours rotational shift position. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor and respond to alerts and make necessary configuration changes to ensure optimal system performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

. Monitor and be on point for alerts outside of regular business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a rotational shift schedule.

. Review the alerts to determine the appropriate configuration changes required within the VRM portal.

. Make configuration changes accurately and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the system.

. Document all changes and actions taken in response to alerts for auditing and tracking purposes.

. Extract daily reports from VRM to be shared with key stakeholders.

. Provide timely communication and reporting on alerts and changes to relevant stakeholders.

. Must be contactable using their personal smartphones for communication as part of the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)..

Qualifications:

. Experience with monitoring and Risk Management systems.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

. Flexibility to work rotational shifts outside of normal business hours.

. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining system integrity and security.
