Lookout Inc is the endpoint to cloud security company purpose-built for the intersection of enterprise and personal data We safeguard data across devices apps networks and clouds through our unified cloud-native security platform - a solution that s as fluid and flexible as the modern digital world By giving organizations and individuals greater control over their data we enable them to unleash its value and thrive Lookout is trusted by enterprises of all sizes government agencies and millions of consumers to protect sensitive data enabling them to live work and connect - freely and safely To learn more about the Lookout Cloud Security Platform visit and follow Lookout on our and Lookout is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Revenue Accountant in Hyderabad who wants to work in a multi-faceted role in a fast-paced environment This role is a hybrid of order management 50 and revenue operations 50 The ideal candidate has a good understanding of ASC 606 salesforce and Netsuite and will work closely with business users involved in the Quote2Cash process The person in this role should be a strong communicator who is able to work effectively with peers and management alike in a high-paced environment The ideal candidate is someone who has accounting strong technical accounting experience and can respond quickly energetically and enthusiastically This person will report to the Corporate Controller located in California USA Responsibilities Lead the order management cycle review purchase order for accuracy and collaborate with the customer or sales team to get the orders recorded in salesforce Work closely with Sales Operation and Customer Support team as needed to obtain information necessary to analyze and reconcile customer accounts Prepare deal contract summaries for material completed transactions and complete ASC 606 checklist Review revenue schedules coach and develop team members Assist with annual audits including but not limited to preparation of supporting schedules and work papers Assist with month end and quarter end close activities Assist with managing and resolving Billing and Revenue Customer issues Ad-hoc projects Qualifications This position requires a Bachelor s Degree in accounting Finance or related field minimum of 7 years experience in accounting or finance CPA Preferred Big 4 Public Accounting experience Order Management experience including proficient user of salesforce Revenue Recognition experience including adoption of ASC 606 Experience of working with NetSuite is plus Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Must have software SaaS experience Must have solid verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner Flexible schedule to accommodate working in the US time PST or night shift schedule especially during month-end close
