Job Summary As a FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking solutions for clients. Your primary focus will be delivering high-quality, integrated solutions by understanding business requirements, guiding clients through implementation cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications & Skills Mandatory: - 6-8 years of relevant experience, including 3-4 years in consulting roles (preferably with Oracle FLEXCUBE). - Proven experience with FLEXCUBE UBS Core and its DDA, Loans, Treasury, and Payment modules. - Strong expertise in FLEXCUBE implementation cycles: PWT, UAT, and Migration. - Demonstrated capability in solution documentation, test case preparation/execution, and client presentations. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills. - Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Good-to-Have: - Functional knowledge of broader banking systems and industry best practices. - Hands-on experience with interface development, batch operations, and troubleshooting in testing cycles. - Experience handling teams and coaching members. - Willingness and ability to travel as needed. - Independently deliver quality work products and solutions during FLEXCUBE implementation cycles, including PWT, UAT, and migration phases. - Serve as a primary communication point with customers, ensuring clear, effective coordination and status updates. - Prepare solution documents, draft and execute test cases, and support data migration processes. - Provide functional and technical consulting for FLEXCUBE UBS Core, DDA, Loans, Treasury, and Payment modules. - Lead complex solution design and project implementation, ensuring deliverables are timely, within scope, and budget. - Analyze and troubleshoot issues encountered during testing cycles support defect resolution and batch operations. - Develop presentations, participate in business development, and effectively communicate with internal teams and clients. - Coach and guide junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
