For more information on the company, please visit our website or LinkedIn community.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Axiom Business Analyst to join our Regulatory Reporting Technology & Operations team. The candidate will act as a bridge between business, technology, and compliance teams, ensuring that global and Indian regulatory requirements are accurately captured, implemented, and tested in AxiomSL (ControllerView).This role will cover global regulations (Basel III, CRD IV, Liquidity – LCR/NSFR, COREP, FINREP, PRA, MAS, FED, ECB) as well as Indian frameworks (RBI – ALM, CRR/SLR, Statutory Returns, SEBI, IRDAI).Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Requirement Gathering- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for regulatory reporting. - Translate regulatory guidelines into functional requirements for Axiom development. - Collaborate with stakeholders to design reporting templates and workflows.Regulatory Framework Coverage- Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks (Basel III, COREP, FINREP, CRD IV, LCR, NSFR, Capital Adequacy). - Work on Indian regulatory reports mandated by RBI (CRR, SLR, ALM), SEBI, IRDAI. - Track regulatory changes and assess impact on reporting.Stakeholder Management- Partner with business, compliance, finance, and IT teams to validate requirements. - Act as the bridge between development (Axiom team) and business users. - Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and UAT sessions.Testing & Validation- Create test scenarios and validate data flows in AxiomSL ControllerView. - Support UAT, regression testing, and signoffs. - Ensure data accuracy and reconciliation across upstream systems.Governance & Documentation- Maintain BRDs, FRDs, traceability matrix, and process documentation. - Prepare governance packs, reporting metrics, and audit support.Required Skills & Experience- 5–10 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting as a Business Analyst. - Strong exposure to AxiomSL ControllerView (business configuration, reporting templates). - Understanding of banking and financial products (loans, derivatives, treasury, capital markets). - Knowledge of global regulatory requirements: Basel III, COREP, FINREP, Liquidity (LCR/NSFR). - Knowledge of Indian regulatory requirements: RBI (CRR/SLR, ALM, statutory returns), SEBI, IRDAI. - Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT coordination. - Strong SQL skills for data validation and reconciliation. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Good to Have- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, and BI tools. - Exposure to Agile methodology. - Prior experience in BFSI domain (banks or NBFCs).If you find this this opportunity interesting kindly share your updated profile on Bansi.hindocha@synechron.comWith below details (Mandatory)Total ExperienceExperience in Axion: -Experience as Business Analyst: -Experience in Regulatory Reporting: -Current CTCExpected CTCNotice periodCurrent LocationReady to relocate to MumbaiOpen for 12 PM to 9 PM shiftIf you had gone through any interviews in Synechron before?
