Job Description Job Description ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Safety, Security and Compliance - Maintain the highest standards of HSE, Quality, and Compliance; ensure adherence to Weatherford policies, OISD/DGH/PESO and client requirements. - Lead incident reviews and corrective actions; promote a culture of hazard identification, stopwork authority, and audit readiness. Operations - Lead operational execution across all product lines (priority lines currently include MPD, TRS, and Artificial Lift); oversee job planning, contract handovers, and resource allocation for onshore and offshore deepwater (Mumbai High) campaigns. - Monitor SQ/NPT, ontime delivery, and lessons learned; implement continuous improvement actions. - Coordinate with Manufacturing & Supply Chain to secure delivery slots, localize content, and derisk lead times. Commercial and P&L - Own commercial outcomes for assigned lines/contracts: revenue, GM%, EBITDA, cash (DSO) and working capital. - Drive tendering excellence with Sales/Tendering: solution design, pricetowin, risk registers, and approvals per DOA. - Manage pricing, scope control, and VOR/claims to protect margins. Customer - Build and maintain senior working relationships at Cairn (Delhi), Reliance, ONGC, and priority independents/JVs. - Act as escalation point for operational matters; secure multiyear agreements where feasible. People - Mentor and develop Operations Managers and teams; run talent reviews, succession planning, and targeted retention to control attrition. - Foster a culture of safety, performance, and collaboration across functions. Governance and Reporting - Provide structured inputs to country business planning and reviews; submit accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting. - Align with corporate policies on ethics, trade compliance, and data privacy. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline (advanced diploma with equivalent experience may be considered). - 810+ years in oilfield services industry is essential. - Proven record in operational management, safety leadership, and financial accountability (budgeting, forecasting, cost control). - Oil & Gas experience required; exposure to surface systems or downhole tools preferred. India market experience essential. Required - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; executive presence with customers and internal partners. - Demonstrated tendering/commercial acumen and P&L stewardship. - Ability to lead multiline operations across all product lines (priority: MPD, TRS, Artificial Lift) with disciplined SQ and delivery performance. - Proficiency with MS Office and business systems for forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
