Until now, we have served clients from 172 countries and regions with our trustworthy services and well-built trading systems.To learn more about our company, please visit our website: https://www.ultimamarkets.com.Responsibilities:Establish and set up the India office, including infrastructure, operations, and compliance.Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, marketing, client support, and customer success.Drive the sales and marketing strategy in India, ensuring performance KPIs and revenue targets are achieved.Develop and execute local market expansion plans to increase brand presence and client acquisition.Build and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility in the market.Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business objectives.Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure continued growth and competitiveness.Requirements:Extensive experience in forex sales and operations, particularly within the Indian market.A well-established reputation and visible presence in the industry, with the ability to inspire trust and represent the company with credibility.Proven ability to lead and guide sales teams to achieve ambitious business goals.Deep understanding of the forex industry landscape, client expectations, and the operational needs of sales teams.Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Fluent in English (additional local languages are a plus).Willingness and ability to travel frequently.Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
