Responsibilities:

  • Establish and set up the India office, including infrastructure, operations, and compliance.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, marketing, client support, and customer success.
  • Drive the sales and marketing strategy in India, ensuring performance KPIs and revenue targets are achieved.
  • Develop and execute local market expansion plans to increase brand presence and client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility in the market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure continued growth and competitiveness.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in forex sales and operations, particularly within the Indian market.
  • A well-established reputation and visible presence in the industry, with the ability to inspire trust and represent the company with credibility.
  • Proven ability to lead and guide sales teams to achieve ambitious business goals.
  • Deep understanding of the forex industry landscape, client expectations, and the operational needs of sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English (additional local languages are a plus).
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
